Join us on Saturday, April 4, for an elegant evening devoted to one of gastronomy’s most timeless pairings: Champagne and caviar.

For this special dinner, our sommelier, Carly Dascoli, has curated a remarkable lineup of highly allocated Champagnes drawn from some of the world’s most revered producers and vintages, including Salon 'Le Mesnil' 2013, Louis Roederer 'Cristal' 2015, and Bollinger 'R.D.' 2008. Chef Ian will present a five-course tasting menu featuring pristine caviar in sophisticated dishes designed to highlight the precision and character that make this pairing so celebrated.

The First Harvest (ft. Grade A Gardens)

In partnership with Grade A Gardens, we are hosting a dinner on Saturday, April 25, that celebrates the arrival of spring’s earliest ingredients, brought directly from the field to the Oak Park kitchen.

Chef Ian and the team will present a five-course menu built around the season's first harvest, highlighting the freshness and vibrancy that define spring.

Farmers Jordan and Whitney will be joining us, offering a closer connection to the ingredients and the work behind them. A true celebration of the start of a new growing season.

Cinco de Mayo at Oak Park

On Tuesday, May 5, Cinco de Mayo sets the stage for an evening celebrating the depth, heritage, and refinement of Mexican cuisine.

Chef Ian and the Oak Park culinary team will present a five-course tasting menu that draws from traditional flavors and techniques, honoring the ingredients and the culinary traditions behind them. The bar team will also be offering a curated selection of cocktails, created exclusively for the evening to complement the experience.
