On Friday, June 19, Oak Park welcomes Chris Rush, cellarmaster of Mayacamas Vineyards, for an evening dedicated to one of California's most storied producers.
Chef Ian and the culinary team will present a five-course tasting menu, with courses paired to a selection of Mayacamas wines. Among the evening's pours is the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, a 50th anniversary vintage honoring the wine that competed in the 1976 Judgment of Paris, the blind tasting that changed how the world looked at American wine.
